Mark Study schedule and a note

Here is the schedule for the Mark study:

June 24 -  Studies 1,2
June 1 - Study 3
July 8 - Study 4
July 15 - Study 5
July 22 - Study 6
July 29 - Study 7
August 5 - Study 8
August 12 - TBD

Note: To the right there are two "sections".  One has all the labels for previous posts.  If you forget the meal rotation or something to do with our study, just click the appropriate word and it will give you all of the posts regarding that topic.

Also, I set up a place where you can have an email sent to you every time there is a new post.  I won't be offended if you don't want this close of correspondence :)  But that option is available now!
